red wine-pear-punch

am wochenende wurde im bungalow gepunscht. passend dazu ist das thermomenter in die minusgrade gefallen und wir konnten den heißen punsch auf der terrasse genießen. schön war’s – und lecker! herr m. hatte dazu zwiebelkuchen gebacken und der flüssige favorit des abends war eine rotwein-birnen-bowle. leider hat frau s. im eifer des gefechts vergessen, fotos zu schießen. deshalb hier nur das rezept:
last weekend we had a punch-party in the bungalow. to make it perfekt the thermometer showed sub-zero temperatures so we could enjoy the hot punch on the porch. it was nice – and yummy! herr m. has baked an onion cake and the liquid favourite of the evening was a red wine-pear-punch. unfortunately frau s. has forgotten to take pictures so this is only the receipe:

rotwein-birnen-bowle

for two glasses of 200ml each you need:
4 halfs of pears including the juice (can of pears)
2 star anise
4cl of pear liqour
20g of brown sugar
200ml red wine
 
cut pears in squares and take 150ml juice – mix pears, star anise, liquor and sugar and leave it for a night. then add red wine and heat it slowly. leave it for another 10min and then ENJOY!
